japanese cream buns

Making bread seems to be a weekly event for me now. I love trying different recipes and learning as I bake.

These marvellous soft japanese cream buns are from Table for Two or more. Though no filling is added, the buns are tasty to be eaten just as it is. Using whipping cream made the taste richer! They stayed soft for 2 days after which all were eaten!

very soft and fluffy! 🙂

Try this. I think it’d make a good dinner bread!
